Transfer News: Galatasaray keeper Fernando Muslera in Manchester City link

Galatasaray admit they would consider "substantial" offers for goalkeeper Fernando Muslera, who has been linked with Manchester City.
Reports in Turkey have claimed that the Premier League side are pondering a move for the Uruguayan to provide competition for under-fire Joe Hart.
Muslera, 27, has established himself at the Turkish club since joining from Lazio in 2011 and has played over 50 times for his country.
"I hope Muslera will stay with us for a long time to come, but if a very substantial offer comes, we will consider it," club president Unal Aysal is quoted by turkish-football.com.
The Turkish champions are now managed by former City boss Roberto Mancini and reports have suggested that the Italian is keen on signing City's Costel Pantilimon.
The Romanian joined City in August 2011, a year after playing against Mancini's side for Politehnica Timisoara in the Europa League, and he has recently been preferred to Hart by Mancini's successor Manuel Pellegrini.
Meanwhile Muslera is open to the idea of a move to England, but admits any decision would be out of his hands.
"To play there is my childhood dream," he said. "Every player wants to play in England, but it is my club who will make the decision.
"I am happy here, I am a Galatasaray fan. Anyway, if a great offer comes at the end of the season, the president will decide."
